  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available for orders over $50 (U.S. only).

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Pickup
If you're in Las Vegas, we offer free local pickup at select events or by appointment. Contact us for details!

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. However, your satisfaction is important to us!

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or store credit.

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
